Copyright and intellectual property policy
All content, materials, resources, training programmes, presentations, policies, reports, frameworks, templates, publications, graphics, written content, and other intellectual property produced by Kaizen Safeguarding Limited, remain the property of Kaizen Safeguarding Limited unless expressly stated otherwise.
Copyright in all original materials is protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and all applicable intellectual property laws.
Except where a separate written agreement exists, no material produced by Kaizen Safeguarding Limited may be copied, reproduced, adapted, distributed, published, shared, stored electronically, incorporated into other works, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Where permission has been granted for the use of materials, Kaizen Safeguarding Limited shall be clearly acknowledged as the copyright owner and source of the material. Appropriate attribution must accompany all authorised reproductions, extracts, adaptations, presentations, publications, or training materials.
Any licence, permission, or consent granted by Kaizen Safeguarding Limited is non-transferable, non-exclusive, and may be withdrawn at any time at the sole discretion of Kaizen Safeguarding Limited. Upon notification that consent has been withdrawn, the recipient must immediately cease using the material and, where reasonably practicable, remove it from circulation, publication, websites, digital platforms, training resources, and other forms of distribution.
No person or organisation may claim ownership of, modify, rebrand, or present Kaizen Safeguarding Limited materials as their own work. Any adaptation, amendment, or derivative work requires the prior written consent of Kaizen Safeguarding Limited.
Kaizen Safeguarding Limited asserts its moral rights under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, including the right to be identified as the author and copyright owner of its works and the right to object to any treatment of its works that may be misleading, inaccurate, prejudicial, or detrimental to its reputation.
Unauthorised use of copyrighted materials may result in legal action, including injunctive relief, recovery of damages, and any other remedies available under applicable law.
