Kaizen Associates

To ensure we can offer high-quality, responsive safeguarding support across a range of contexts, Kaizen Safeguarding works with a small number of trusted associates.

Our associates are qualified and experienced safeguarding practitioners with strong professional backgrounds in working with children, young people and adults. They bring a range of specialist expertise, including organisational leadership, culture and governance, research, contextual safeguarding, and lived-experience-informed practice.

We work with associates to strengthen the depth and breadth of the services we provide, while maintaining the same values, standards, and survivor-centred approach that underpin all of our work.
